When visiting this website, no personal data will be processed unless you complete the contact form. If you fill out the contact form, this data will be collected and processed by OGEEPLAST CLINIC. Additional personal information collected through direct contact with you may also be processed and added to your personal patient file. We will maintain the confidentiality of your health information and will only use it for the following purposes:

Processing: We may use your health information to provide you with our professional services. We have established « minimum necessity or need to know » standards that limit access to your health information based on the primary functions of our staff. Each staff member is required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

These professionals will have a privacy policy similar to this one. Your health information may also be disclosed to your family, friends, and/or other persons you choose to involve in your care, but only if you agree to it.
